Policies
Cell Phone Usage:
We ask that all cell phones are switched to silent and are not used while in the treatment room.
Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable and can only be applied to services. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead of time and have to reschedule, your deposit will be valid for 90 days. After the 90-day period your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to make another deposit for future services. Deposits cannot be transferred to other services.
Discounts:
Discounts are only for a limited time and are not able to be combined with each other, or with any packages.
Late Arrivals:
If you are running late to a service, we ask that you inform us via phone call not through an email, or text message. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 65% of the cost for the service which is non-refundable. All late arrivals will have their service shortened to ensure we stay on schedule with other appointments. If you are late three times, future services will not be accepted, and any scheduled appointments will be cancelled.
Late Cancellations/Reschedules:
All appointments must be cancelled and/or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failing to do so will result in the card on file being charged 65% of the cost for the service. This charge is non-refundable.
No-Shows:
All no call no shows will result in the card on file being charged 100% of the service, this is non-refundable. If this occurs three times, all future appointments will not be accepted. Any scheduled appointments will also be cancelled.
Packages:
Packages are pre-made and are not able to be customized and are non-refundable.
Payments:
Checks are not accepted.
Payment Plans:
The software program that we use offers cherry financing.

Retail Products:
All retail product sales are final and non-refundable.
Sick Policy:
We ask that you cancel your service a minimum of 12 hours before your appointment if you are showing the following symptoms:
Sore throat, hoarseness, coughing, runny nose, congestion, fever, body aches or muscle pains, sneezing, vomiting, nausea, or diarrhea. If you come to an appointment with any of the symptoms above, your appointment can be rescheduled, and you will be charged 65% of the service. Likewise, if you fail to cancel your appointment within the 12-hour period, you will be charged 65% of the service. We require clients to be symptom free for 48 hours.
Smoking:
We are a non-smoking environment.
